Project Coordinator & Design Lead

Led the print production efforts for the AOA Conference, coordinating every printed touchpoint from sponsor materials to event signage and attendee resources. Ensured all conference print assets were accounted for, produced to specification, and delivered seamlessly to support a successful event experience.

Oversaw the implementation of event-wide wayfinding and informational signage, including speaker schedules, directional graphics, location markers, and attendee resources.

On Site Support

Supported conference operations on-site by managing badge printing, assisting attendees with technical issues, installing event signage, and responding to real-time requests from the AOA team throughout the event.
